How do AI Credits work?
1 AI Credit refers to roughly 6.000 – 10.000 tokens of AI chat. Depending on which AI provider and model is used (selectable in the settings) you get more or less chat tokens from 1 Credit.
Example: Fetching site info with AI and asking a question on it costs less than 1 Credit. Or simply chatting with AI will cost about 1 Credit for 3-5 responses, depening on provider and movdel.
Are your plugins compatible with [insert]?
Of course we cannot test compatibility with every single theme, pagebuilder or plugin out there. But we do test on the most common ones, that 95% of people use. Right now we haven’t seen any incompatibility. However, if you encounter any problems regarding our plugin compatibility, please reach out to us.
Do I need to be a coder to use your plugins?
Not at all. An intuitive UI is mandatory for us so you can enjoy our toolset in the easiest way possible. So no coding needed.
Do your plugins slow down page speed?
Absolutely not! We always build with performance in mind, loading only what’s really necessary. All of our files are efficiently written and little in size. If you encounter any problems regarding the performance of our plugins or the impact on performance, please let us know and we will be happy to help you out.
What plugins do you have?
We now have MagicChecklists and MagicAssistant. One will help you create customizable checklists with lots of features like deadlines, in-line images, notifications, access control and much more. The other will deeply integrate AI into your WordPress website, allowing AI to fetch site data directly and help you optimize your site in many ways.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day no questions asked refund policy. If you decide you don’t need the plugin anymore, hit us up and we will happily refund you. Though we would like some feedback on your decision, which is of course NOT mandatory.
